Sandhills Bogeys Present Donation to Boys & Girls Club of the Sandhills, Announce Expanded 2026 Partnership
PINEHURST, NC — [April 15th, 2026] — The Sandhills Bogeys proudly presented a donation to the Boys & Girls Club of the Sandhills, representing proceeds from the team’s 2025 season 50/50 raffles. The contribution underscores the organization’s continued commitment to supporting local youth and investing in the Sandhills community.
Building on that momentum, the Bogeys announced an expanded partnership with the Boys & Girls Club for the 2026 season. In addition to continuing the popular nightly 50/50 raffles—with proceeds again benefiting the Club—the Bogeys will offer all Boys & Girls Club members the opportunity to attend Bogeys summer camps free of charge.
The partnership will also feature a special fundraising initiative in collaboration with Visit Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Aberdeen. All team-used USA 250 commemorative jerseys will be auctioned late in the season, with 100% of proceeds going directly to the Boys & Girls Club of the Sandhills.
“We’re proud to deepen our relationship with the Boys & Girls Club and create real opportunities for kids in our community,” said Jay Francis, General Manager of the Sandhills Bogeys. “This is what the Bogeys are about—bringing people together and making a lasting impact where it matters most.”
“We’re incredibly grateful for the continued support from the Bogeys organization,” said Catherine Niebauer, Director of Development for the Boys & Girls Club of the Sandhills. “This partnership is not only generous, but truly meaningful for the youth and families we serve. It’s exciting to see what we can accomplish together in the year ahead.”
